Meet Chef Jessica
A Washington State native, Jessica grew up immersed in the restaurant world. Her parents opened Nara Japanese Restaurant in Redmond, WA in the late '80s, and she took over as Owner and Head Sushi Chef in 2009 until the beloved local spot closed due to downtown redevelopment.
After a year of culinary travels abroad and time at the acclaimed Herbfarm Restaurant in Woodinville, WA, Jessica fell in love with wine and food pairings. A recent sushi + wine event sparked her passion again, inspiring her to launch Nara Sushi Catering - a deliciously fun venture all about good food and good vibes.
